Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. So, here we are again, with the final siren and the celebrations from Wednesday still ringing in our ears, ready to go again. Welcome to the Game Day discussion thread for Round 6, as we look to back up off the short turnaround against the reigning premiers (I still can’t…

Review: Collingwood vs. Essendon (R5, 2018)
We got to bask in our victory against Adelaide for longer than usual, with those of the faithful who flocked to Victoria Park to watch our VFL squad conquer Essendon on Saturday being afforded the chance to augment the joy, but I doubt I was alone in fearing that the satisfaction of the Adelaide victory might be short lived if the team came unstuck on Anzac Day.

Three Rounds In
Three rounds into season 2018 and our performances thus far have been what most expected. A poor start in round one, followed by an improved showing against GWS in the second round, culminating in a win against an extremely poor Carlton. Nonetheless, while many of the problems we’ve witnessed in previous seasons remain apparent, there were some aspects worthy of praise in Friday night’s win.
Game Day: Collingwood vs Carlton (Round 3, 2018)
Good afternoon, everyone. Well, here we are again, the old enemy on a Friday night. The same old enemy that has managed to score wins against us under their truly modern coach the last couple of years, with a vastly inferior list. Even as bad as we are these days, surely even we couldn’t lose…
